Navigation On Your Mobile
When it comes to navigation, in my personal opinion, Google maps is the best. Got to hand it to them for the amazing job they have done here. Google maps covers so many aspects of traveling like hotels, ATM, gas stations, routes, alternate routes, busses, trains etc. The most impressive thing of Google maps is the navigation. You sty point A and point B and you get live turn by turn navigation with an audible assistance. It really fun to find new places with this. To run this you need to turn on your internet and GPS.

Use Google Maps Navigation Offline
Although there are many offline navigation apps out there, my personal choice for navigation would be Google maps and I'm sure that most people will agree. I often take long walks and like exploring new places. So I try out different apps for navigation. After trying out some apps and comparing them with Google maps, I would say that Google maps is the best.
But there is one major problem here. Google maps doesn't work offline. I just don't know why. Even though you have the ability to save an offline map, why not also put the facility for offline navigation as well to complete things. Google should understand this. I'm sure many have given feedback about this. Probably in the future we can expect offline navigation in Google maps.
Let's say you got a good internet pack and your all set to navigate your way outside your city using Google maps. Suddenly while driving, you need directions. You try to activate the navigation, but you are outside the city and there is no damn signal. So Google maps give you an error and is completely useless when you need it the most. This is the main problem here and they should realize this, being so innovative.
So what you could have done here to get around this problem?
It's simple. I have tried this out and it worked for me. You can try this out and post your comments and openions on this.
Before you leave on your trip, while your at home and your internet connection is good or your on Wi-Fi, activate navigation and start it. Them you can turn off your internet. You will get a notification from Google maps that there is no connection or something like that. Ignore it and continue on your journey. Make sure your GPS is always active. That's all to it. Try out out and let me know of your experience any problems.
